Annual Letter to Readers (2021): What’s Next?
Dear Readers,
Thank you for your continued support!
In 2020, over a million people watched or read something I made.
And my YouTube channel crossed 5,000 subscribers.
I uploaded 29 videos and finished with 684,454 views for 2020.
And this blog climbed back to 490,835 views.
I want to send emails more consistently, but I need your feedback on this newsletter’s direction to keep it interesting.
You can help by taking my three-minute survey.
I’m grateful to everyone who stays with me. You haven’t seen my best yet!
Looking Forward to 2021
YouTube
Want to know the best part about my YouTube channel success? It was my first year making videos.
I’m still not sure what I’m doing.
In 2021, the graphics, audio, and editing quality are guaranteed to improve. And my approach, in general, is improving as I get more comfortable talking to the camera.
Blog
I started phasing out Power Moves during the summer, and now I’ve moved almost everything from PowerMoves.blog to CamSecore.com.
With the success of YouTube, the domain name change made too much sense.
Power Moves got overly commercial and lost some of its charm (too cluttered and too many buttons to Amazon).
CamSecore.com has a clean layout with huge spacing, big headers, and no distracting buttons. It feels more personal. Like a blog should.
In 2021, I’ll write exclusively on CamSecore.com. I have the freedom to write about more than just device comparisons. I can do one-off reviews or guides to help explain tech topics.
I won’t promise to review or compare any specific product. I’ll write about whatever interests me most at the time.
My content might not always be tech-related either, but I promise to ALWAYS release well-thought-out content while trying my best to remain unbiased and honest. (Which is why I assume you like my content.)
